How Often Should You Spray Your Home?
You probably know that getting your home sprayed to guard against bugs, pests, and insects is important for regular home maintenance, but how often should you get your home sprayed?
The answer is often simple – once every three months! However, if you have had a bug infestation recently, you should get your home sprayed and inspected once every 60 days. While there is no exact science for spraying your home so that no bugs will enter, Critter One can help you determine the best plan of action for your home by evaluating these factors:
- Severity of infestation – As we’ve mentioned in previous blogs, a large infestation of one pest could mean another infestation could also be present in your home.
- Entry points – Are bugs still entering your home despite regular sprays? We can help determine where the pests may be entering from in your home, and help provide repair solutions.
- Type of pest – While carpenter ants and bedbugs are among the pest that can cause the most damage to your home and belongings, other pests like cockroaches may call for more frequent treatments.
