President of Critter One LLC

Daniel established the company after more than a decade of working in sales and customer service. He was ready to start his own business where he could deliver a quick, effective, affordable solution to a hazardous and potentially costly problem. His attention to detail, ethical business practices, and exceptional customer service have enabled him to come to the rescue of countless homeowners who are threatened by invasive wildlife. Daniel takes great satisfaction in transforming wildlife-stricken living environments to safe, fortified homes. He resides in Northeast San Antonio with his wife Dawn, their son Asher, cat Jackson and yellow lab River.

Joanne Mendez

Office Manager

Joanne joined the Critter One, LLC team along with her extensive experience in telecommunications. Her excellent phone etiquette, customer service, attention to detail and organization skills have helped Critter One become San Antonio’s highest rated wildlife removal company. Our customers frequently express after talking with Joanne on their initial call they feel less stressed, more comfortable with the issue and are sure that Critter One is the company to take care of their critter issues. Joanne resides in Central San Antonio with her Husband Daniel and their two sons Daniel and Jacob.

Carlos Martinez

Senior Wildlife Technician

Carlos has been with Critter One, LLC since day one with over 20 years of carpentry experience. Carlos’s craftsmanship, hard work and attention to detail have saved countless animals and thousands of homes in and around the San Antonio area. He resides in San Antonio with his wife Maria, their daughter Carla and son Jesus.

Juan Dominguez

Wildlife Technician

Juan joined the Critter One, LLC team after almost two decades in the commercial and residential construction industry. Juan’s work ethic and craftsmanship have helped humanely remove countless animals and protected thousands of homes and businesses here in San Antonio. Juan has lived in San Antonio for most of his life and plans to stay forever.

Ethan Malone

Wildlife Technician

Ethan joined the Critter One, LLC team after servicing as a police officer in St Louis, MO. His girlfriend was promoted with her company which brought them to Texas. Ethan’s commitment and ethics have served him will in his new career. He has already secure several homes and safely relocated dozens of animals. We look forward to seeing Ethan grow within the company. Ethan and his girlfriend reside in New Braunfels.

Brandon Ragantesi

Wildlife Technician

Brandon joined the Critter One, LLC team after several years working the oil fields of West Texas and Colorado. Brandon’s eagerness to learn our process and procedures has him on his way to become a Senior Wildlife Technician. In his short time with the company Brandon has already secure several homes and safely relocated hundreds of animals. Brandon lives in the Stone Oak area with his girlfriend and their two dogs.

Zach VanDerMost

Wildlife Specialist

Zach has been our college intern for a majority of his college career at UTSA. He started part-time as a Wildlife Technician checking traps and humanely removing animals and has since been promoted to a Specialist. He now has the knowledge to identify and create estimates for wildlife removal.
